The Exotic Weave.

Two carbon missiles in transit from South Africa.

One rod....One Species....No Bling.....Oh and a Rash Shirt.

In the pursuit of perfection Paul and myself have upgraded to carbon with our Stealth 550's.
To reduce weight and simplify things we have also opted for the screw hatch in lieu of the fish box.

Check out these for the ultimate dedicated pelagic hunting carbon missiles.

Mine is the "Mud Snake".

Pauls is "Guatemala".

  3. Yeah Steve these things should fly mate as the glass version is bloody quick.Being constructed out of carbon they should also have more tensile strength.
We are hoping that they will be closer to 15kgs than 20kgs.
These things are addictive once you have paddled and fished from one.

  4. Mate Im keen, organising a 550 through Kas in Sydney. Demo soon.
Compared to your past Ski's, is it just the speed and weight you love with these badboys? Id imagine it must be tougher to store fish and gear onboard?

  5. Steve it is the speed and weight also the fact that they are at the cutting edge of ski design. The fact that you are paddling the ultimate, fastest and by far the best fishing ski on the market. The fact that you are nailing big fish in open water on a ski that is 600mm wide....a craft that most fishing kayakers and peddlers would be flat out balancing on in a lake.As you can tell....I love these things with a passion.
